Wash/Colour Fastness:
This fabric has a low colour fastness of 2 or 3; and should ONLY be washed in cold wash or a temperature less than 20 Degrees Celsius. It will bleed colour in first wash. It’s a heavy canvas for light Upholstery where its usually not washed, but the bright and dark colours will slightly fade in colour if washed – they will develop a antique look. For many of our clients this is preferable and accepted but please be sure before you buy based on your requirements. Note: we don’t refund orders of fabrics washed or cut or used in anyway. If you want the same solid colour as bought, do not wash or just do a cold water dip.
