Requests for other methods cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to ship the items from our US, UK or German warehouses, depending on stock quantity to serve you as fast as possible.

We only ship to verified PayPal or Credit Card addresses. Please make sure your PayPal address is verified and your Credit Card address is up to date before sending payment.

International customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and duties - which may be charged upon delivery. Unfortunately we cannot offer COD (cash on delivery) nor local pick up at any of our facilities.

RETURNS

Shipping cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and for packaging material and they are never refundable after the order has been sent.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and deviations must be reported within 3 days from delivered date to us.

We will send you an email to get all the information we need to file a claim, which can include but is not limited to providing clear and actual photographic images of the products, its damage or fault and/or the car. Only a completed and accepted claim will be given a RMA number. Please understand, we cannot accept any return without permission (RMA number).

For a replacement, merchandise must be returned by the same or comparable service within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging accompanied with shipping label and the provided RMA number. 

Returned items must not have any signs of use (incl. installation), abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. It may take up to 3 business days to process your return after arrival.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return costs are not refundable.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the item price. If you have any questions regarding our return policy or want to return an item, please contact us directly.
