Verfahren zum Entfernen von Kinesiotapes Vorgeschnitten
1.Bei einer gut belastbaren Haut: die Haut mit der Hand fixieren und das Tape ganz ruhig in Richtung des Haarwuchses abziehen. Legen Sie die fixierende Hand immer direkt hinter das Tape. Obwohl das Tape nicht wasserlöslich ist, entfernen viele Menschen das Tape gerne unter der Dusche.
2.Bei einer sensiblen Haut oder bei Kindern: das Tape mit (Baby-)Öl einreiben und das Öl gut einziehen lassen. Dadurch löst sich das Tape ganz leicht von der Haut.
3.Falls doch Klebereste auf der Haut zurückbleiben, können diese mit warmem Wasser und Seife entfernt werden
