【鼻うがいハナリラの使用方法等】 ≪鼻洗浄準備≫ ①使用前にボトルをよく洗い、器具の内部を清潔にしてから使用してください。 ②ボトルキャップを左に回し、ノズルを取り外します。 ③鼻うがいボトルに印字された300mlの目盛線まで、37〜40℃のお湯を入れます。 ④お湯が熱すぎないことを確認したら、「ハナリラ専用洗浄剤」を一包溶かします。 ⑤ノズルを閉めて良く振り、内容物が溶け切ったことを確認してください。 ≪鼻洗浄≫ ※ハナリラ専用ボトルは別売りです。 ⑥鼻うがいボトルを逆さに持ち、ノズルの先端を軽く鼻にあて、前かがみになってください。 ⑦リラックスして、口を少し開け、「アー」と発声をしながら、ボトル底部のボタンを指で押してください。水流が流れます。 ※ボトルの側面を強く押すと、水圧が強くなりすぎる場合がありますので押さないでください。 ※耳への圧力を軽減するために必ず発声をしてください。 ⑧鼻洗浄後、鼻を片方ずつ優しくかんでください。耳の痛みや中耳炎などの原因となりますので鼻は強くかまないでください。 【使用上の注意】 ・本体全体のつけ置き消毒や煮沸(熱湯)消毒はしないでください。 ・思わぬ事故や鼻の痛みの原因になるため、冷水や専用洗浄剤以外の洗浄剤は使用しないでください。 ・鼻が詰まっているときや、耳に疾患があるときは本製品を使用しないでください。 ・個人用の製品ですので、共用はしないでください。 【保管方法及び有効期間等】   <使用後> ・ノズルを良く洗い、ボトル全体も良く洗ってください。 ・内部の水分を完全に取り除くために、ノズルを装着したまま、ボトルの底にあるボタンを何度か空押しした後で、自然乾燥させてください。 ・水アカやカビ等の発生を防ぐために、毎回必ず行ってください。 <長期間使用しないとき> ・本体をよく乾燥させて、涼しく、乾燥した風通しの良い場所に保管ください。  ・直射日光や高温多湿の場所を避けて保管をしてください。 ・使用を再開する時は、本体を良く水洗いしてから使用してください。 <有効期間>   使用期限は洗浄剤個包装に記載 【製造販売業者及び輸入販売元】 製造販売業者・輸入販売元   名称:パスクリエイト株式会社   住所:〒160-0022東京都新宿区新宿1-8-4近鉄新宿御苑ビル9階
