How to pair?

1. Turn on the button on the right side of the Shutter, the state is ON.

2. Turn Blueto "ON" in your device

3. Then, while still in your Bluetoo screen on your device, CHOOSE “AB Shutter 3” in the devices that come up listed to pair it.

(Android users: DO NOT RENAME this, as it will void the warranty and make the remote not work).

4. It will say "Connected" next to Shutter in the devices list after it is paired.

5. Open your built-in camera app on your device.

6. Push the appropriate button on the Blueto remote (One is marked for iPhone/Camera 360 App and the other for Android)


Note:

1.If you cannot get it to take pictures with your built-in camera app, then you can download other compatible apps such as "Camera 360" from the Apple App Store.

2.If you are having trouble getting video to start or stop on your android device, but can take pictures fine, please download "A Better Camera" for Android and use it for video on your android device.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
