Q1: How does this repeller work? Is it harmful to humans or pets?

A1: This product repels animals through the dual mode of ultrasonic waves (high frequency sound waves) and powerful flashing light, the frequency of the sound waves is beyond the hearing range of human beings and domestic pets, completely safe and harmless. The upgraded 120° motion sensor intelligently detects animal activity within 40 feet and automatically triggers the repelling function without human intervention.

 

Q2: What scenarios is it suitable for? What kind of animals can it repel?

A2: Suitable for outdoor areas such as yards, gardens, orchards, chicken coops, farms, etc. It can effectively repel squirrels, raccoons, rabbits, birds, foxes, deer, coyotes and other wild animals.

 

Q3: Is it complicated to install? Do I need a power supply?

A3: No complicated installation is required! The bottom design can be directly inserted into the ground, solar power without wiring, automatic power storage. It can be placed in a sunny place (at least 4 hours of light per day).

 

Q4: Will the device be damaged by rainstorms? What is the waterproof rating?

A4: The product adopts high-density ABS shell + IP44 waterproof design, which can withstand extreme weather such as rainstorms, hail, etc., and is not easy to age for long-term outdoor use. However, it is recommended to avoid prolonged immersion in water.

 

Q5: How does the sensor work after upgrading?

A5: 2025 model upgraded 120° wide-angle sensor + 40 feet detection range, larger coverage area and 30% higher sensitivity.

 

Q6: Can multiple units be used at the same time to extend the protection range?

A6: Yes! It is recommended to install one unit every 30-40 feet interval, and multiple units can be networked to cover a larger area (e.g. about 6-8 units for 1 acre). There is no signal interference between the devices, and synchronized triggering can enhance the repellent effect.

 

Q7: How long does it take for the repellent effect to show?

A7: According to animal habits, after 2-3 weeks of continuous use, the target area will gradually form a “conditioned reflex” repellent effect. It is recommended to keep the device on at the beginning and adjust the position regularly to avoid the animals adapting to it.

 

Q8: Is it effective for domesticated cats and dogs?

A8: The ultrasonic frequency can repel unfamiliar animals, but domestic pets can be adapted through training (it is recommended to turn off the device and guide them gradually).

 

Q9: Does it work well in cold/hot climates?

A9: The ABS material is resistant to temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C and is suitable for most climates.

 

Q10: How do I clean and maintain the device?

A10: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft cloth to ensure charging efficiency, and avoid dust accumulation on the sensor lens. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the power and store it in a dry place.
