Motor:
1. When using the motor, there should be no restrictions. For example, the adhesive should not flow into the bearing through the rotating shaft, which will affect the run of the motor.
2. In order to prolong the service life, do not overload or hang objects that hinder rotation at the shaft end.
3. Manufactured into an eccentric heavy radiation load, which is harmful to the life of the motor.
4. Do not store in high temperature or extreme humidity, and do not place in corrosive gas, which will reduce the effect of the motor.
5. When soldering is required on the positive and negative motor terminals of the power supply, the temperature of the soldering iron is 340℃±40℃, and the heating time is less than 3s. Do not deform the plastic. Let the solder points flow into the motor or break the end of the wire during work to make the motor function. decline.
6. The maximum bearing capacity of the gear is 70KG, blocking is forbidden, and the motor may be burnt if it is blocked for a long time.
7. Supply the specified power and be sure that it is within the range of measurable requirements.
8. The installation of pulleys or gears should not be abnormally aggravated when pressed in.
9. When installing the motor, if the screw is too long, it will cause contact between the motor and the rotor, thereby affecting the characteristics.
Governor:
1. The input of the DC motor speed controller is direct current, and cannot be directly connected to alternating current (such as household AC motors).
2. The positive and negative poles of the DC power supply cannot be reversed.
3. The motor can be positive or negative. When the running direction is not suitable, the direction can be changed by adjusting the wire sequence.
4. The potentiometer knob can change the duty cycle of the governor output, thereby changing the motor speed.
