Size Guide: Use shoe size to determine correct size

Small: Men's Shoe Size up to 8 / Women's Shoe Size up to 9
Medium: Men's Shoe Size 8.5 to 12 / Women's Shoe Size 9.5 to 13
Large: Men's Shoe Size 12 and up / Women's Shoe Size 13.5 and up

Application Instructions
1. Unfasten the top closure cuff and soft liner. Loosen both quick-lace straps.
2. While seated, place the injured foot in the brace, similar to putting on a shoe. Position so that the heel is against the back of the soft liner.
3. Fasten the Velcro on the soft line. Position so that the rigid plastic stays on the brace are centered over each side of the ankle.
4. Fasten the cuff closure straps over the soft liner so that the brace fits snug and little movement is experienced.
5. Simultaneously pull both quick-lace straps tight and secure by crossing each quick-lace strap over the top of the foot and attaching to the soft liner. Make sure the brace still fits snug and is centered over each side of the ankle.
