Natural soy wax beads melt easily in the microwave and require minimal equipment, making them a great choice for small batches. Just heat to 160°F using a microwave, wax melter, or double-boiler, add fragrance and/or color, remove from heat, and stir for two minutes. Pour immediately into your melt trays, room temperature jars or molds. Allow your creation to cure for up to 2 weeks for optimal fragrance-throw.
With a melting point of 115-121°F and a pour temperature of 135-160°F, our coconut soy wax beads offer a seamless candle making experience and are safe both to handle and to burn. The maximum fragrance retention capacity of 10% or 1.6oz/lb makes it possible to create beautifully scented candles with scents that linger for a long time. The recommended wick series for this wax type is CD/ECO.
