Features:
Suitable for dry or wet cutting. Water can be heated to cool the saw blade, which helps to extend the service life of the saw blade. It also reduces the friction in the cutting area by flushing away all the debris of the cutting material; it also reduces the dust generated by the cutting.
1.2mm ultra-thin turbine mesh edge design provides faster cutting speed.
The X-tooth design provides fast, smooth and precise cleaning with excellent cutting performance. Less dust, less vibration, can bring higher work efficiency and economic benefits.
Instructions for use:
Before use, make sure that the saw blade is not damaged. If it is damaged, it is strictly forbidden to use it. When assembling, the motor shaft is matched with the center of the saw blade, and the error must be less than 0.1mm.
The direction of the arrow marked on the saw blade is the same as the direction of rotation of the tool used. When cutting, do not apply side pressure and curve cutting. The feed should be stable to avoid the blade hitting the workpiece to avoid danger.
When dry cutting, do not cut continuously for a long time, so as not to affect the service life and cutting effect of the saw blade; water cooling should be used for wet film cutting to prevent leakage.
After the saw blade is installed, it should be idling for a few minutes to confirm that there is no shaking or jumping, and then try to cut a few knives on the grinding wheel or refractory brick, and then work normally. If the blade is not sharp enough, you can use a silicon carbide grindstone to grind the cutting edge .
The cutting machine must have a safety protective cover, and the operator must wear safety clothing, glasses, masks and other protective clothing.
