This chili powder comes from the Basque Country in France and is one of the finest chili varieties worldwide. We deliver an organic version. This comes from an original French Manufacturer (AOC) made of Espelette and differs from the "original protected" allspice d'Espelette in that it was not bottled in a glass in France (but in an aroma bag in Germany). The chili powder is something for any chili fan. It perfectly flavors meat and fish dishes, but can also be used for jam, for example. It has been on the shopping list of numerous star chefs for a long time and is not "too sharp" in taste. The sharpness level is 4/10. Important note: the chili oxidizes under oxygen and light. So it fades and changes its deep red colour to orange/yellow. The chili is still edible in this state, but less aromatic in taste. To prevent this effect, the following procedure is recommended. Fill small amounts from our bag into a dark glass. Then consume the contents of the glass and then fill from our bag. Make sure to close our bag tightly. So the chili comes into contact with the air only a few times.

Tracking & Notifications
