For greater mobility: With the BLACKROLL fitness band, mobility can be improved and natural tension in the body can be restored. The sports bands are ideal for effective muscle length training. This prevents back and neck pain and optimises mobility. In contrast to conventional stretching exercises, training with the stretch band triggers muscle length growth, as not only individual muscles, but entire muscle fascia chains are put under tension. The band can also be used for regeneration and yoga training. Thanks to different loops, the training band can be individually adjusted to the needs and performance progress.
The stretch band is made from skin-friendly textile materials and is comfortable on the skin. It is made from recycled polyester (65%) and natural rubber (35%) and thanks to a special weaving technique, no skin contact with the rubber is created. At 100 cm, the fitness band is long and ideal for various training exercises.
Especially practical: the fitness stretch band does not take up much space, which is why it is ideal for use on the go, at home, in the office or gym. Also for physiotherapists and fitness trainers, the exercise band is a useful addition to training.

Tracking & Notifications
