SHIPPING

We will ship your order within 1-business day of receiving your cleared payment, however in most cases your order will be shipped the same day if order & payment is received before 2:00 PM (U.S. CST). We only ship our vintage new old stock parts via USPS unless otherwise stated, and our advertised shipping charges generally match the USPS rate for the corresponding service. Our shipping terms are non-negotiable so please do not request a different shipping method after you purchase. We combine shipping for multiple items purchased when we send revised eBay invoices. Simply request a combined shipping total and we will send the revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS & CUSTOMS

We only ship USPS to international destinations. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to import taxes or fees that your country may apply through their customs agency. We are not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be applied to your order and we will not falsify invoices or customs declaration papers for tax evasion purposes. Customs tax collection or random customs inspections may create shipping delays on occasion. When these delays occur, it can take up to 30-business days for delivery. Please be patient. If you are experiencing a delay, please contact your local post office to see if the package is holding for your pick up. You may contact us for tracking support, but please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur with international shipping.

RETURNS

Returns are are no problem. We understand how difficult it is to sometimes find the correct part when shopping online, so if you would like to return something, please contact us. All returns require prior return authorization. For return authorization, please message us and we will provide you with the procedure for returning goods. All return shipping costs will be paid by sender and these costs are non-refundable. All returned goods are subject to inspection. Returned goods showing signs of wear or installation will not be accepted. Reimbursement for returned goods will be sent in the form of a refund. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned goods. Exchanges or credits are not available. We do not accept returns of electrical parts of any kind.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.
