Different from other Water Socks - BPS' Neoprene Socks are cleverly designed to always feel like they will stay on, and let much less water in around the ankle. These scuba socks have a unisex fit with a MORE DURABLE (but still FLEXIBLE) sole that helps everyone enjoy their sports like sand volleyball and beach soccer. Please check the size chart to ensure a great fit. How do they do it? An adjustable elastic strap around the ankle ensures an excellent fit and minimizes any water getting in; another elastic strap over the top of the foot makes sure the sock stays tight against the top of your foot, meaning less room for water, meaning more warmth! Perfect wetsuit socks with flexible but tougher than standard sole with a rubber grip pattern handles slippery environments, and a tab at the top rear of the sock makes getting them on and off easier than other socks. The fully flexible soles provide an amazing foot feel on the beach, surfing, or on a SUP. You genuinely forget you are wearing them. But for this to happen the sole is not rigid enough to handle walking on asphalt or concrete for very long; so to keep your socks feeling super comfortable just put them on once at the beach or river or boat. Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
