- HIGH QUALITY: The 4026 double-coated urethane foam pad is an off-white, 0.0625 in. (1.6 mm) thick, open-cell urethane foam. It is manufactured with Adhesive 100, a durable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive system that offers exceptional bond strength, excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance, and very high shear holding power.
- MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS: The 4026 adhesive pads are available in two packaging options: one with 40 pieces of a single shape and another with 60 pieces, including 20 each of square, round, and rectangular shapes. The square double-sided foam pads measure 30 x 30 mm (L x W) with a thickness of 1.6 mm. The rectangular foam pads measure 50 x 30 mm (L x W) with a thickness of 1.6 mm. The round foam pads have a diameter of 25 mm and a thickness of 1.6 mm.

- VERSATILE BONDING: This pad features a conformable foam and adhesive combination that provides long-lasting hold at temperatures up to 220°F (104°C). It performs reliably in various chemical and temperature environments. It offers excellent adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics, with resistance to heat and chemicals. The robust green plaid densified kraft paper liner helps reduce edge curling and protects the pad from extreme humidity.
- NATURAL COLOR CHANGE: The natural colored urethane foam tape products vary in color from white to light yellow. The color will change to light yellow upon exposure to sunlight (ultraviolet radiation). This color change is normal and does not affect tape performance.

4026 Pads are 1/16 in thick pads for a strong, permanent bond that works well with the open cell foam structure to produce high shear strength. These pads offer an ideal solution for a wide selection of bonding issues on various surfaces. This includes both interior and exterior applications where the pads will be protected from the environment. These pads feature a conformable foam and adhesive combination which provides long-term holding at temperatures up to 220°F (104°C). Using a robust, green plaid, densified kraft paper liner helps reduce edge roll and protect the pads from humidity extremes.
