What you need to pay attention to is:
1. Please use this pet fountain indoors only, as it is not suitable for outdoor use.
2. Always make sure there is water in the fountain before you turn on the cat water fountain. It is not allowed to run the machine without water.
3. Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintaining the machine. Avoid getting the power adapter and cord plug wet during cleaning as well.
4. Make sure the water level in the cat water dispenser is always high, because if the water level is too low, the pump will start making too much noise and will not last long.
5. To keep the cat water dispenser clean and healthy, soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and rinse it out before use. This will prevent the filter from releasing black dust. When you change the water in the dispenser, rinse the filter and sponge with water to keep it clean and fresh.
6. It is recommended that you change the filter and sponge every 1-2 weeks, depending on how often your pet is drinking and the number of pets using the fountain.
