How to Use?
Step 1: Take 1-2 ml of blood from the dog's vein and put it into a centrifuge tube.
Step 2: Shake up and down 8 times and leave it for 30-60 minutes until serum appears on the upper layer.
Step 3: Remove the test kit from the foil pouch and place it on a flat surface before use.
Step 4: Take 3-4 drops of serum from the collection container and place at point S on the test strip and wait 15-30 minutes.
Result Judgement:
The first test is performed at the 4th week after mating. If two lines appear in the test area, the C/T line will show two red lines. The result is pregnancy.
If the first test is within 4 weeks, one line will appear in the test area and pregnancy cannot be determined. A second test is required after an interval of one week. If one line still appears, there is no pregnancy. If two lines appear, pregnancy is indicated.
Note:
Due to individual differences in female animals, the initial level of pregnancy factor released from the uterus after pregnancy varies slightly, so some dogs release it later, so a second test is needed to determine if they are really pregnant. It is recommended that two or more sets of test strips be purchased for testing.
