Ingredients
Spirulina, Blue Green algae, Chlorella, Alfalfa, Barley & Wheat grasses, Purple Dulse seaweed, Acerola cherries, Rose Hips, Orange & Lemon peels, Palm fruit, Beetroot, Spinach leaf and Dr. Schulze's proprietary non-active Saccharomyces cerevisiae nutritional yeast.
Directions
For a 500ml serving one 15g tablespoon of SuperFood Plus powder (per person) into a glass, liquidizer or 'Shake & Go' container. Add 250ml fruit or vegetable juice and 250ml water. You can use all juice if you prefer, and fresh fruit can be substituted for juice if using a liquidiser. Drink it fresh or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Try adding the juice of one or more lemons.
