Manufacture Tips:
1--The blender blades are recommended to replace every 6 months or as needed for optimal performance.
2--The gasket may be loosened during the transportation, please put it snugly in the lid before use for best performance.
3--Do not run your blender for over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender.
4--Do not overfill to avoid spilling and don't add ingredients past the "Max" line.
5-Please make sure the blade is in right place and locked tightly, Replace the Gasket if the blender begins leakage.
6--Never mix hot/ hot liquids in the replacement cup, it may leak due to poor seal.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
