These weights are a perfect addition for any rehabilitation routine because of their flexibility and adjustable design. This is thanks to the 2 hook and loop fasteners which assure a secure and comfortable fit that won't slip, allowing users to exercise in confidence. The weights contour around ankles, wrists and even thighs. Compared to the Original Cuff Weight, the EconoCuff features a shorter strap and is made of a 80% nylon and 20% polyester material. The EconoCuff offers 8 color-coded ankle and wrist weights ranging from 1 lbs. all the way up to 10 lbs., making them versatile for most strength levels. This is a Tan Cuff that weighs 1 lb. Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
