SHIPPING

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

LNY offers Free Standard Ground Shipping on all purchases. Items are shipped via FedEx / UPS in the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses).

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

Shipment times are estimated by the carrier and shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather, may exceed the mentioned shipment times. Shipment time is the expected time frame from when a package leaves the warehouse and enters the carrier's service, to when it arrives at the customer's shipping address.

Expected Lead Time (the time from when an order is placed to when an item is given to the shipment carrier) varies by product. Please read the Product's Details for further information.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure you provide the best possible delivery address at the time of purchase, keeping delivery time frames in mind. If an order has shipped and is en route, it then becomes a return and must follow our Return Policy.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout.

DELAYED DELIVERY/HOLDING ORDERS

Since all items ship directly from the Manufacturer, we cannot hold orders until a later date for delivery.

In the event no one is home to receive your order, we recommend you send your package to a business address to ensure delivery, or delay placing the order until you will be available to receive your package. Orders will be subject to cancellation.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from eBay confirming that we've received your order. You'll receive a second email once your order has shipped. (You'll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments).

REFUSED DELIVERY

Do not refuse delivery for products that are not damaged. If at the time of delivery the product itself appears to be significantly damaged, then the order may be refused.

Refusal of a product is not considered a return and customers are responsible for all costs of a refused delivery for an undamaged product. Credit is not guaranteed.

RETURNS

At LNY, we offer Free Returns on all New items over $50.* If you are unhappy with your purchase, please start a return from your eBay account. Explain in as much detail as possible why you are returning the item(s). Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

General and Defective returns are accepted for New items fulfilled by LNY.* A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. 

Returns for items under $50 - the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • In some instances, you will be able to purchase a return label from eBay or you will need to ship the item with a carrier of your choice.
  • To avoid delays in issuing credit and to confirm the item(s) have been returned, please provide the return tracking information in your return request.
  • If return tracking information is not provided and the item is not received, lost or damaged during transit the buyer will be held responsible.

Closeout and Open Box items may only be returned if found to be defective or damaged upon delivery. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided in these instances.

Returns must be pre-authorized. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted. Please check your eBay messages for your Pre-Paid Return Label with your RMA number.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURN

HOW TO SET UP A RETURN

Setting up a return request online is quick and easy.

  1. Login to your eBay Account and access your orders. Select "Return This Item" to start the return process.
  2. You'll receive an email with an approved RGA number and prepaid return shipping label, or denial, within 24 business hours. Reasons or additional instructions will be provided with any denials.
  3. All items must be returned with the return label provided.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once a package is returned, please allow two business days for processing.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the problem immediately. When items are shipped by FedEx or UPS, we must file a claim within 48 hours of delivery. Lost package or damage claims can take up to five business days for a resolution.

Upon inspection, please notify us via the eBay Messages noting what was damaged and providing photos, so that we can assist you immediately and expedite a new item.

Please Note: Photos are required to process damage claims and we may be unable to process your request without photos.

In the event of a Manufacturer Defect, please notify us via eBay Messages with a detailed explanation of the problem or issue. One of our Customer Care Advocates will instruct you on how to get your item replaced or get the correct parts.


REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item within two business days of delivery (when tracking shows delivered).

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items returned to us as a result of our error will receive a full refund,some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 7% of the total item price, please contact a customer care team member to see if your return is subject. Returns that arrived on time and were as described are subject to a restocking fee.

Items returned to us that were not the result of our error, including items returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price less our standard restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Cost

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund: 

  • Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. 
  • Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

Refund Processing 

• Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

Claims: 

Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support  Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.
