Our 13oz cross-meshed vinyl banners are perfect for outdoor use.  The cross-meshed vinyl material prevents easy tears and at the same time keeps the weight of the banner low, making it easy to install.  Additionally, the vinyl banners are hemmed (double-stitched) and grommeted all around to allow for an easy install with nails, thumbtacks, or other components that allow you hang an object.

Typically, most companies offer vinyl banners that are 8 to 10oz material.   Due to being almost as thin as paper, their vinyl banners can easily tear or get damaged.  In the image below, you can see the thickness of our material.  Not only does it not look like a piece of paper, but you can also see the cross-meshing of the vinyl banner material.  This mesh prevents easy tearing, and if a tear is somehow made, it will also prevent the tear from expanding easily. 

Feather Flag Nation's vinyl advertising banners are also digitally printed with long lasting high quality ink.  Our ink is made to use outdoors and with proper care the banner will last years.   Unlike a lot of competitors, we do not use stickers or cut out vinyl letters to create our banners.  We use a high quality commercial vinyl machine to produce all of our vinyl banners.  In the image below, you can see our high dpi print quality.  We do not go cheap when designing our banners.  We like to give our customers very vibrant and colorful designs that include images.  Therefore, a lot of our vinyl banner designs will contain live images.

Grommets on the banners allow an easy install.  You can either use nails and hook the grommets onto them or just rope and tie the banner through the grommets.

Do you use vinyl cutouts to create your banners?  No, we do not use vinyl cut outs.  All vinyl banners are printed digitally. 

Are your vinyl banners made in the USA?  Yes, all of our custom vinyl banners are made in the U.S.A.  By purchasing from us, you are stimulating and supporting the American economy.  Image below shows one of our workstations.  By purchasing from a US manufacturer, you will get better quality products.  That is a known fact.  You may save a few dollars purchasing elsewhere but you most likely will not be satisfied with the product. 

How long are these vinyl banners expected to last outside?  With proper mounting and care, these banners should easily last up to a few years.  These vinyl banners are meant for outdoor use, therefore they are made to resist outdoor weather. 

Can I use these custom vinyl banners indoors?  Yes, you can use these indoors. 

How do I install these vinyl banners?  You can install these banners by either using rope or nails.  You can nail in between the grommets or you can tie rope to the grommets to install.  Alternatively, you can also use a wooden post to hammer the vinyl banner onto.  Grommets on the banners allow multiple mounting options.  Please use the most stable method possible for your location.

Is there any warranty for this product?  There is no warranty for this product.  If the product arrives damaged or we are at fault, we will replace the item for you at no charge.  Feather Flag Nation's shipping department makes sure to pack everything properly to prevent the items from getting damaged easily.

FEATHER BANNER FLAG: Our feather banner flags are approximately 12ft tall x 2.5ft wide.  Our flags sleeves are reinforced to prevent easy tearing when the winds pick-up.  The back of the feather flag will be a mirror image of the front.  You can refer to one of the images above to see what the back of the flag will look like.  Additionally, The back of our feather flags are not white! Our bleed through is nearly 99% for the back-side, which means your message from the front of the feather flag is also easily visible from the back.  It is important to note that the back of the flag will be a mirror image of the front.  The darker and brighter the color is, the better the bleed through will be on the back.  

4 PIECE POLE KIT: The total height of the pole kit will be anywhere from 14 to 15ft tall.  This height varies because the the amount the ground spike is hammered into the ground differs from one location to another.  In total you will receive 4 pole pieces per kit.  Each kit will include 3 straight pieces (1 thick, 1 medium, and 1 thin) and one curved piece.  The pieces easily telescope into each other to form one large flag pole.  They weigh approximately 4lbs and can easily be unassembled and moved around.  The assembled feather banner flag kit will weigh approximately 10lbs (1 flag, 1 4pc pole kit, and 1 ground spike).  Assembly instructions for the pole kits can be found on this page (scroll down).

MOUNTING HARDWARE: A variety of different mounting hardware is available for these feather banner flag kits.  These include concrete x-stand, wall mount, angle wall mount, pole mount, fence mount, ground spike, car wheel base, and SUV wheel base.  Please refer to the top of this page to see if you are receiving any mounting hardware with this purchase.  It will be clearly listed near the product images and description.  

MAINTENANCE: These feather banner flag kits are made to be left outdoors during standard weather conditions.  During abnormal winds or weather conditions, we do advise you to take the feather banner flag kits inside.  They are made to be easily unassembled and put away.  If your flag gets dirty, you can hose it down while it is mounted.  Fading is unavoidable for these types of products.  Under extreme heat the fading will become noticeable around 12 months.  Fading times do vary depending on the temperates and weather conditions of your area.  We would advise everyone to replace their feather banner flag at least once a year.  The pole kits do not need to be replaced, unless they break.
