Formthotics History
The discovery of Formthotics was, like many other revolutionary ideas, deceptively simple. In 1970, Dr Charlie Baycroft, barefoot in the sand, realized that our feet were not designed to walk on the hard, flat, unyielding surfaces of today's world. This was the emergence of the Formthotics movement. Simultaneously with this realization, David Boyd - co-inventor of Formthotics, shoe fitter, professional skier (then) and now director of Foot Science International - found that custom orthotics not only improved his skiing, but also made his ski boots more comfortable. He studied how to make custom orthotics from thermoformable foam and developed prototypes to test the theory.
Size details:
Depending on shoe size. If your shoe size is between the orthopaedic sizes, then as a rule of thumb choose the size of the orthotics smaller (see images for size chart).
Please note: Due to the nature and composition of the ShockStop foam, Run ShockStop should be replaced more regularly as the damping properties may decrease over time. On average, Run ShockStop is worn every day in a pair of shoes, may need to be replaced every six to twelve months (depending on variables such as body weight, activity level, and the body's unique biomechanics).

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
