Function 1. Salacinol suppresses sugar absorption

Function 2. Continuous intake of salacinol improves the intestinal environment
[Subjects] 30 healthy adult men
[Test Details] Participants were divided into two groups: one group (15 people) that consumed food containing 1.0 mg of salacinol per day, and the other group (15 people) that consumed food containing no salacinol. They took the food every day for four weeks. Intestinal bacteria were measured before and after four weeks of intake. The salacinol intake group had a significantly higher ratio of bifidobacteria compared to the placebo intake group.

[Test content] 44 subjects with a BMI of 25-30 were given Metabarrier EX or a placebo*2 for eight weeks. The results showed that the Metabarrier EX group had a significant reduction in abdominal fat (body fat and visceral fat), weight, and BMI compared to the placebo group.

How to eat
The recommended intake is 8 tablets per day. Depending on the content and volume of your meals, take 2-4 tablets three times a day with water, preferably before meals. The tablets are smaller than typical supplements, so even those who have difficulty swallowing can continue taking them without difficulty.
