The ginkgo leaves are native to China and Japan and widely used there as a street planting. Ginkgo leaves are prized for their special durability and exported from China, Japan, Korea and France. The ginkgo leaves of the tree have a unique appearance and are therefore easily recognisable. Ginkgo leaves are fan-shaped, oval or oblong and can have a bright green colour, which changes to a particularly striking yellow in autumn. Ginkgo leaves are also used in many different foods. As a pure herbal tea or in herbal tea mixtures, the ginkgo leaves often find space. In addition, you can also find ginkgo leaves often for flavouring in chewing gum or other chewing sweets. Use of Ginkgo Leaves: To make the tea, a teaspoon of cut and dried ginkgo leaves (but also herbal tea mixes with ginkgo leaves) are scalded with boiling water.
