【How to select and install the security module】
1.Check if the host has TPM 2.0 or TPM 2.0 is enabled.
2.Click Run, enter: tpm.msc (Win + R keys), and check if the TPM version is ready.
3.If version 2.0 appears but is not ready, you must configure it in the BIOS. Please consult the customer service of the motherboard manufacturer.
4.Open the host and inspect the TPM pins on the motherboard.
5. When installing the module, make sure the chip side is facing inward and align it with the pins before inserting it completely to prevent it from loosening. (Refer to image for orientation.)

1.Upgrade to Windows 11: Troubleshoot TPM 2.0 verification issues and perform a seamless upgrade to the latest operating system.

2. Enhance hardware-level security: Integrate an independent encryption chip to provide dedicated secure encryption capabilities, specifically designed to securely store sensitive data (such as encryption keys, digital certificates, and login credentials), enhancing overall system security.

3. Accelerate hardware encryption – Reduce CPU burden by leveraging dedicated hardware to accelerate encryption operations, indirectly improving system response speed and the smooth operation of some encryption dependent applications (such as games and security software).

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
