Equipped with a large main compartment, which can be closed by a sturdy zip, this space miracle offers enough storage space for food and drinks, but also for small items such as keys, wallets or mobile phones in the front compartment or in the mesh pockets.
The high-quality surface made of 900D Oxford fabric guarantees maximum durability, is dirt-repellent and dimensionally stable. The inside is made of innovative PEVA material, which is known for its durability and waterproofness - so you don't have to worry if something leaks. PEVA does not tend to mould even with frequent moisture. It is a material that dries very quickly and has low cleaning requirements.
The special thing about our cool bag is the high-quality insulation made of 8 mm thick EPE foam, which ensures a long-lasting and stable temperature. So cold drinks stay cold for up to 8 hours and hot drinks warm for up to 6 hours. With cooling or heat batteries, this can of course be extended as desired.
For us, it was also important to offer you a lightweight and compact cool bag: with a weight of only approx. 480 g, you do not carry unnecessary loads around with you.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
