How to use the Gyro Ball?
Step 1 Press the middle of the ball lightly with both thumbs and phew in the direction of the arrow until the resistance is relatively high and the centre of the ball can no longer rotate.
Step 2 Quickly release the ball with both thumbs and rotate the ball with the hand holding the ball.
Step 3 After activating the wrist force, the ball carrier rotates towards the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the ball centre, gradually increasing the force.
