Shipping Policy

Although many orders are shipped the same day that we receive them, due to a variety of factors it can take up to 24 hours to process your credit card information and ship your order. FedEx picks up shipments daily, Monday through Friday around 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). They DO NOT operate on weekends or holidays. If you place an order for shipping on Friday night, the next available shipping day is Monday.

Transit time depends on where you are located and which warehouse we ship your order from.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION on expedited shipments such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3- Day Select:
1.) The pickup day is not counted as a transit day.
2.) Weekend and holidays are not counted as transit days.
Example: If you place an order Friday evening for 3-Day Select shipment and the following Tuesday happens to be a holiday, your order will be processed for Monday shipment. Since Tuesday is a holiday, the first transit day is Wednesday, the second transit day is Thursday and the final transit (and delivery) day is Friday. HiFiSoundConnectionships via FedEx and USPS depending on the item. Larger items and heavier orders will ship via FedEx services. Smaller items such as harnesses, fuses etc will ship via USPS service. Although our shopping cart calculates shipping via FedEx, we sometimes will ship via FedEx, DHL or another similar carrier. Each carrier has it's areas where service is better than another and we try to select the best service to get your order delivered in the most timely manner. In instances we use FedEx or another carrier, the shipping charges will be exactly as calculated on our shopping cart. We ship to both the US and Canada and we can ship internationally but PLEASE be sure to contact us first before placing an international order. Note: For any orders shipping internationally you are responsible for any and all custom duty fees and taxes. Most items shipped via FedEx ground will arrive within 2 to 7 days depending on your location in the US and 7 to 14 days within Canada.

Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your product you may return certain items in their original condition and packaging for a refund.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping and/or handling charges to return an item to HiFiSoundConnection. We will pay the shipping of replacements back to your location.
  • Your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee with a $10.00 minimum fee.
  • If exchanging you will NOT be subject to the 20% restocking fee. You WILL have to pay the return shipping costs.
  • We doNOTrefund the amount you paid for shipping, duties, taxes, or any other charge incurred getting the item to your location.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 35.00 flat fee on warranty / exchanges if the original product packaging is not included.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on select products or during promotional periods. Availability of free shipping will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. 


Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may still request a return after receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for return shipping costs.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@ibspot.com.
