How to install
1. Please clean your build plate thoroughly, and let it dry.
2. Please connect your magnet to the plate, and let it sit for a couple of hours(More than 24 hours is better)so it is fully seated.
3. Please install the spring steel plate on the magnetic base
4. Please reset the printer's leveling settings to start printing
Skills in use:
1. When installing the soft magnetic sheet, it is necessary to ensure that the printing platform is clean and dry. After installation, it is best to keep it in an inverted state, or it can be fixed with a clamp to ensure that the soft magnetic sheet is fully attached to the printing platform.
2. Please ensure the spring steel is completely aligned with the magnetic base to avoid the resin entering the gap during use, which will affect the magnetic force of the soft magnet and cause the spring steel plate to fall off.
3. If there are burrs on the surface of the spring steel, please use sandpaper carefully to make sure that there are no burrs before using it to prevent the burrs on the spring steel from piercing the FEP film during the printing process.
4. After printing, do not excessively bend the spring steel when removing the model. After use, use alcohol or cleaning fluid to remove the residual resin on the surface.
5. After using it for some time, if the model falls off the spring steel sheet during the printing process, you can sand the spring steel sheet with sandpaper to ensure that it has sufficient adhesion.
