Kumiko DIY kit for the Asanoha pattern variation "Kakuasa-no-ha". This kit embodies the craftsmanship of expert artisans who meticulously engage in manual labor. We want to honor this ancient art and extend to you the opportunity to become a part of its legacy. Our name draws inspiration from the hinoki cypress, a native tree to central Japan, widely cultivated in the temperate northern hemisphere for its high-quality timber and ornamental qualities. The hinoki wood was traditionally used for Kumiko art.
