If you are buying more than one plant there is no need to wait for an invoice to be sent. Just place the items in your cart and pay. Shipping is free no matter how many you buy! 
NOTICE: We do not accept returns under any circumstances! 
 It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct!!! If a plant is returned to us by the post office due to incorrect address, no forwarding address ,ect ect or some other reason that is out of our hands we will only refund if the plant makes it back to our hands alive and healthy then we will refund less our original shipping cost.
 It is up to the buyer to track the package and get it and unbox it the moment it arrives.
 If tracking says a package has been delivered that is what we have to go by. If their is a problem such as a misdelivery it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post master right away and report the misdelivery, you will need the tracking number to do this, tracking is automatically uploaded to you when we print the shipping label. 
  If a buyer ask to cancel an order we will only do so if we get the request BEFORE the plant is pulled for packaging. 
If your plant arrives badly damaged I will need photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. I will need photos of the box the plant came in  and photos of the plant in order to send out a replacement or issue refund. It is at our discretion to decide if we will replace or refund . DO NOT DISCARD THE PLANT UNTIL A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN REACHED!!!  Leaves that comes off or get broken during shipment or minor branch breakage does not constitute serious damage. I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, or dead on arrival. Some wilting and/or yellowing of leaves or leaf lose it normal. Minor leave & branch breakage during shipment does happen sometimes. In spite of our best packaging efforts some minor leave and branch breakage happens. We do not replace or refund for this minor damage. Leaves grow back and branches keep growing. Sometimes you may get a plant that has had a little bit of leave trimming done. We grow plants in a greenhouse not a lab so sometimes some leaves may need a little bit of trimming.
Do not place this plant in direct sunlight.  ALWAYS PROTECT FROM TEMPS BELOW 50! 
 Don't let it get bone dry but don't keep it soaked either. Just evenly moist & well drained. Reduce water in winter. REMEMBER THE FASTEST WAY TO KILL THIS PLANT IS TO OVER WATER IT!

    You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a tracking number, which shows the items which you already returned to us.

    Shipping Cost

    We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • Refunds for orders purchased with IBSPOT Gift Cards and/or IBSPOT Notes will be issued as a  IBSPOT Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless  required by law. 

    Refund Processing 

    • Returns to a IBSPOT store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center. 

    • Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account. 

    Claims: 

    Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and  check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt.
