Let your dog step on a paper and draw the outline of the paw.

Measure the width of the paw and choose the best size.

Note: Please make sure that let your dog step on the paper instead of just put the paw on the paper at will.

If it is between the two sizes, it's better to choose the smaller size.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
