To avoid frostbite or burns, set aside until it reaches a temperature that your skin tolerates. Use each for a maximum of 20 minutes, with a 20-minute break between uses. Do not wear while sleeping. Check the skin frequently during use. Do not use on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin. Do not heat this pack on injured or swelling skin that has occurred within 48 hours. Also, do not use the pack in places where you cannot feel the heat and cold. Do not use on people who cannot remove the product, including children, infants and the elderly, or people who are not able to follow all instructions for use. Do not apply additional pressure on the product. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if package contents leak or the packaging is damaged or torn. If the package contents come into contact with your eyes, remove it, rinse the affected area with water and seek professional help immediately. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if the pain persists or worsens for more than 7 days or if you have discomfort, burning, swelling, rashes or other skin changes.
