Longitud 20 centímetros
Orisha de los truenos, los rayos, la justicia, la virilidad, la danza y el fuego.
Es elaborada a mano con 8 hilos, con cuentas mezcla Shangó (Rojo/Blanco) y Muerto.
Changó es el Orishá del Poder, él es la representación máxima del poder de Olorum. Al manifestarse en los Candomblés, no debe faltar en su indumentaria una especie de sarga, con colores variados y fuertes, que representan las vistes de los Eguns.
Un nuevo libro profundiza en el sincretismo religioso en Cuba y la importancia de la santería. En la religión afrocubana de la regla de Ocha o santería, Changó es el dios del fuego, el trueno y la guerra, pero también el dueño del baile, la música y la belleza viril.
Changó era fuerte, valiente y justo. Era temido, y a la vez adorado. Se comportó en algunas veces como tirano, debido a su ansia de poder, llegando incluso a destronar su propio hermano, para satisfacer su deseo. Hijo de Yamasse (Torosi) y de Oranian, fue el regente más poderoso del pueblo yorubá.
Dentro del uso de Pulseras de Santería, se encuentran las Pulseras de Muerto. La utilización de pulseras en las costumbres religiosas afrocubanas no se aplica a todas, solamente en la regla de Ifá y Oosa, jamás se habían utilizado en palo monte.
En Oosa se usan por tradición y no por haber nacido en un odun, y por la misma razón en Ifá cubano están a continuación los Odunes donde se menciona el uso del ilde:
Irete di: «Póngase el ilde de Elegbara».
Ika tura: «Ponerse rápido el ilde de Oyá y el de Obatalá»
Otrupon Meyi: «Póngase el ilde despúes de haber recibido a Orunmila».
Oshe fun: «Elaborar un inshé Ozain y dentro colocarle un ilde de Obatalá».
Oshe trupo: «Para solucionar conflictos en el matrimonio, a la esposa se le elabora un collar o un ilde con cuentas de de todos los Orishas varones, es decir, un poco de Aggayú, un poco de Oshosi, de Oggún, de Obatalá, de Shangó, un poco de Elegbara, entre otros. Pero si es el esposo el del conflicto, debe utilizar un collar o un ilde hecho con cuentas de todos los Orishas y Oshas hembras, un poco de Obba, un poco de Yewá, de Yemayá, de Oyá, de Oshun, de Nana Burukú, etc.
