Very HOT!! Up Oil contains aromatic ingredients such as ginger and cinnamon at the limit of what athletes can expect. These aromatic ingredients selected by Inerme for winter care do not sting, so you can enjoy a comfortable bath after exercise. Therefore, we do not recommend this product to those who are looking for a superficial effect that causes a stinging sensation.
When you apply the oil, it does not have the effect of warming up the area like a heating pad. It only has a massage effect that improves circulation in the body, making the whole body soft and fluffy, making it easier to move around even in the cold winter .

1. Warming up more efficiently
- Using it at the start of any sport will help you warm up efficiently.
- When riding in temperatures below 10°C, it is recommended to also use a support oil such as Rain Gel.
2. Fragrance effect
The scent directly switches on the brain. Making the wrong choice at this point can have the opposite effect. We imagined a space that is "calm yet focused" to specifically switch on motivation when starting sports.
3. Measures against dryness
It may be hard to feel because you are always riding at speeds of over 30km/h, but cycling is always in a dry environment.
The sun's rays hit the parched, dry skin, causing continued damage.
Using Inerme oil, which does not oxidize, is a very effective solution.
4. Addressing body odor
You don't know if you have a smell.
Although Inerme Oil is a massage oil, it also contains aromas that suppress odor.
Usage points
Effective timing
- For sports, about 30 minutes before the start.
- During a race, use this as a warm-up time.
- If you use sunscreen, apply Inerme Oil first and then the sunscreen.
The recommended amount to use is 3ml.
- The recommended dosage for an adult male is approximately 3ml per dose.
- It's fine if you think of it as stretching thinly.
- Warming it in your palms makes it easier to use and gives you a better massage effect.
The basics are bottom to top
- It is primarily used on the lower body (including the buttocks).
- Take a small amount in your hands and massage from bottom to top.
- The absence of unwanted hair makes the process smoother and requires less oil to be used.

The weighted plate provides a more comfortable, deep penetration feeling than a hand massage, making it more effective.
