Bluetooth Connectivity
1. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your smartphone.
2. Press and hold the remote control for 2-3 seconds, and when MSG-P1 appear on the smartphone interface, click "Pairing" button. Simply short press the shutter button on the remote, the indicator light will light up, wait for a while to make the connection successful.

There are two ways to disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
1. You can directly close and disconnect the Bluetooth function of your smartphone. If you want to connect the Bluetooth of the remote controller, turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone again, after the smartphone interface shows MSG-P1, simply press the shutter button on the remote control, the indicator light will light up, and wait for a while, the connection will be successful. (The smartphone is connected, so the smartphone can automatically recognize Bluetooth remote control.)

2. Press and hold the shutter button on the remote control twice, the indicator light flashes twice and disconnects the Bluetooth. If you want to connect the remote control again, long press for 3 seconds, the indicator light flashes twice, then the connection is successful.

(Note: Please do not press and hold the shutter button for more than 3 seconds when connected to the remote controller. When you press it, you will not be able to disconnect or connect the Bluetooth. )

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
