If you have a smaller or varying size tank, you can tear the larger leaves into smaller pieces. While products available in the market may or may not be authentic, the Giant catappa leaves are unprocessed.

The Jor Giant Shrimp Catappa Leaves are incredibly easy to use. Always rinse before use, even after boiling or soaking. By the way, a "post-boil soak" in freshwater is a recommended step too. Depending on the size of your shrimp tank and the pH level needed, start by dropping a few leaves into your tank. You can always take away leaves or add more as per the requirement. If you have a variety of tanks, you can use whole leaves in larger tanks and tear the leaves into smaller pieces for one to five-gallon tanks. Why is my water turning brown? After a few days, you will notice your shrimp tank water turning light brown. This change is nothing but the creation of tropical-like surroundings required by shrimps. Its tea color appearance lowers pH levels and adds magical properties.
