How to use the cooling therapy 1. Store the gel pack in the freezer for more than 2 hours. Store in freezer for quick use 2. Cover the gel pack with a cloth cover or towel to block the cold air and place it where you need it. 3. It is not recommended to use directly on the skin due to excessive cold temperature. After 2 hours of cold therapy is recommended. Hot Therapy Instructions: Water into the spot and boil. 2. Remove water from heat source. 3. Soak the gel pack in water for about 4 minutes. 4. Remove the gel pack from water, wipe off water, and place it where you need it. Microwave Heating Method (Based on 700W Level) (*Microwave power varies, you need to find the right heating time carefully. 1. Smooth the gel pack and evenly distribute the gel, fold the ice pack in half to fit the microwave, then put it into the microwave. 2. If the gel pack is room temperature, heat both sides separately for 60 seconds, take out the gel pack and knead it to balance temperature. 3. Smooth the gel pack and fold it back Furthermore, heat for 20 seconds to check the temperature. 4. If you need more heat, try for another 10 seconds each time until it reaches the desired temperature.
