If there is a current (peak current) far above the rated current at the time of power on (start) like a motor, it may not work. Check if it covers peak current.
Continuously use at full current capacity will cause the electrolytic capacitor to charge and discharge harder, resulting in a shorter life. Although this product is not generally recommended to be used according to the environment used, it is recommended to use less than 80% of an average current as a general guide.

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase written on the delivery card.
If there is a defective replacement within the warranty period, please contact us by email and return the defective item.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Cancellation Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
