• Damage can occur to electronic components through ESD (Electro Static Discharge), so be very careful when handling electronic components and be sure to use a Grounding Wrist Strap. The easiest way to remove a static charge from your body is to touch a grounded object like the screws on a light switch panel (providing that your home or office has an earth grounded outlet).
