The Lincoln & Palm 3 Piece Turkish Towel Set is our brand's high end towel line that we position at a hotel and spa towel quality. Experience the luxury and heritage of Turkish craftsmanship, made from the finest Aegean cotton grown in Turkey's coastal region, renowned for its premium long-staple fibers. It includes all above average sizing with 1 bath towel 58x30" (147x76cm), 1 hand towel 30x16" (76x40cm), and 1 face cloth / wash towel 13x13" (33x33cm). Made in Turkey, we engineered this to be top-of-the-line quality and took care into every detail of the yarn, these are ring spun, combed yarns to maximize performance on softness, absorbency, drying, and durability. Long smooth yarns, mean soft hand feel and strong durability for a towel that is silky smooth and built to last. By using a low twist (and not a zero twist) we created a more durable towel that can stand up to washing cycles over and over again. Combined with 700 grams per square meter (GSM), equivalent to 20.7lb per dozen bath, or 1.73lb each bath, means this is a luxurious and bulky towel. To top it off, we added the incredible SILVERbac technology which is the 4% polyester in the towel that contains pure silver ions within it. The reason for this is the 24/7 anti odor benefits that fights to keep your towels fresh in between launderings. Speaking of, these are of course machine washable on warm or cold, and tumble dry low. Wash before first use and keep dark colors separate. The towel in total is 98% Cotton, 2% Polyester (SILVERbac).

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
