Instructions:
The scale and bubble level balance on the LP stabilizer can be used for speed measurement. Two speeds marked on this stabilizer are 60-33, and 60-45 (60Hz - 33 rpm or 60Hz - 45 rpm). The measuring method is as follows: If using a 33 rpm LP disc, when playing the record, please obverse whether the 60-33 scale is visible clearly. It proves the speed is normal if it rotates evenly and scales clearly. In addition, it shows that the speed is not correct if the scale is fuzzy or connected in a line. The same measuring method for LP disc is 60Hz - 45 rpm as above.
