The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System is a ½ Mile (2640 FT / 804.68 M) Solar Powered, Wireless, Infrared Extreme Weatherproof, Outdoor, Long-Range Signal, Motion Detection Alert System.

With The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System deployed, you will no longer be surprised when the game animals you are hunting for come walking down a trail without you knowing about it first. Don’t be caught looking the opposite direction anymore. The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System will notify you there is something coming towards you before they can see or hear you. The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System gives you complete control over where, how far, how many Sensors you put out. Our proprietary long-range IR detection system will give you time to get ready for something walking your way. No longer will you be caught looking the other way before the game comes into view. Because our system works up to ½ mile away, you can put the Sensors anywhere you want to, in any direction and in almost any environmental condition you have.

The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System can be paired with one or more Controllers for sharing or coordinating with hunting partners. All paired MEERKAT Game Trail Alert Controllers will be notified at the same time of detected movement on a particular Game Trail or fence crossing location.

The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System requires NO Service Data Plan, NO SIM Card, or NO Cell Tower to depend upon to alert you, day, or night, 24/7/365. Sensors are solar powered, so NO batteries are required. The Controller can be powered with four AA batteries or the DC5V Adapter (included) that is included.

The MEERKAT Game Trail Alert System has superior warrantees (from date of purchase):

Permanent Mounting is easy and 1-2-3….

(1) pick a location you can visibly see that game are using. It can be a Game Trail or a corner of intersecting fence lines, a watering hole, saddle between buttes or just in a suspected animal trail.

(2) Use the two mounting screws to secure the base plate to a ridged structure like a strong tree truck or a fence post or even a corner of an outhouse or building. Anywhere within 30-40 feet of the location you want to monitor.

(3) Mount the Sensors between 18” - 36” above the ground for the best optimal detection zone possible. Always remove or secure objects such as tall weeds, tall grass, over hanging branches or small sapling trees within 40 feet, that will move freely in the wind in front of the MEERKAY Sensor. This will help avoid sending you a false Alert.

We also recommend mounting the Sensors on a more ridged structure to prevent false alerts as well. For example, mounting onto a small tree truck, smaller than 12” diameter, could also give you a false alert with the breeze blowing the tree back and forth. Never use bundled grass, overhanging branches, or movable objects to mount to, and prevent false alerts.

Temporary mounting situation is also extremely convenient for Spot-and-Stalk hunting. Not everyone has a permanent hunting location that they can install the MEERKAT Game Trail Alert Sensors and leave them. That is where the MEERKAT Game Trail Alert quick strap comes in handy, giving you total flexibility without tools or screws to handle. If you are hunting in a new or unfamiliar spot, you can deploy them the day or night before, on a known or visible MEERKAT Game Trail or crossing and be ready to monitor any animal movements before you start hunting.

We offer custom made 48” long quick straps (sold separately) to secure the sensor to almost anything you want to. If you are hunting and notice there might be a better or different spot to mount the MEERKAT Game Trail Alert Sensor, simply unstrap and remount where you want it.
