UPS CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. We offer free ground shipping for all the products we sell! Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International shipments require air-mail of which is not free. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Dynamic Autosound shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Returns

All items we sell are GUARANTEED fully operational. Please contact us immediately should your item be defective on arrival. A Return Authorization Number is REQUIRED for ANY items sent back to Dynamic Autosound for refund and/or service. Merchandise purchased from Dynamic Autosound may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund or a replacement of a defective item. ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A REFUND AND/OR REPLACEMENT Refunds: - Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. - Buyer must return the item within 30 days of delivery - Original Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
