You should be able to squat down and move your arms with ease. Care Instructions Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not twist dry. Do not soak for a long time. Do not bleach. Flip the inner lining of the wetsuit to the outside, and hang it in the shade to dry. Do not expose the wetsuit directly to the sun to avoid aging.
