Organic pumpkin seeds from Naturherz are free from additives and 100% from controlled organic cultivation. Our pumpkin seeds come from a Styrian pumpkin farm in Austria, which specialises in the sustainable and full use of pumpkins and has already grown ecologically from a long tradition. The seeds are crisp, have a wonderfully nutty aroma and are a valuable addition to salads, cereals, soups, baked goods or a delicious snack for in between. Pumpkin seeds contain a variety of minerals, trace elements, unsaturated fatty acids (such as linolenic acid) and vitamins (especially B vitamins and vitamin E) which our body can use well in everyday life. Instructions for use: a very tasty and easy way to take the seeds is as a snack in raw or roasted form. Pumpkin seeds can be eaten every day depending on your mood and are ideal as an addition to fresh salads, cereal, soups or as a savory baking ingredient in homemade bread and rolls. Try mixing pumpkin seeds into sweet pastries, such as muffins and biscuits or instead of using pine nuts for your own pesto! We recommend a daily intake of 10 g - 15 g (about 2 full tablespoons), preferably in the morning and early evening. The way you want to eat the seeds depends entirely on your heart mood (or better stomach mood). For pumpkin seeds, the same rule applies as with nuts and seeds: do not be deterred by the high fat content - unsaturated fatty acids are well used by the body and the fibre contained stimulate digestion.

Tracking & Notifications
