The “90A-PRO” Series of safety lock out (LOTO) padlocks are, candidly, the best LOTO padlocks in the world. PACLOCK jumped into the thermoplastic LOTO world in July of 2019 after years of customers asking for PACLOCK to do so. Instead of doing what everyone else has done, PACLOCK’s engineers took to the task of making our LOTO padlock the best and not by just a little bit. The industry standard for plastic locks was 40,000 key changes. Not bad, but not good either. Customers needed more unique key numbers. And quality is always an issue when products are made in Mexico or China. So PACLOCK designed a cylinder that leveraged our industry leading “1000Pro” Disc Lock’s pin technology and added a seventh pin. In doing so, PACLOCK introduced the only LOTO padlock with more than 200,000 guaranteed unique key numbers. “Unique” meaning that not one of those more than 200,000 key numbers will open any of the other padlocks ~ and “guaranteed” means PACLOCK will pay anyone $100 if they ever find a key that opens a padlock that it was not made for. No other manufacturer on the planet can do this or will do this. PACLOCK will and does because that’s how confident we are in our products. The second critical difference on our LOTO padlock is that it is qualified with a USA country of origin! Components are made and the full assembly is done in the USA! We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.


Import Duties & Taxes

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
