Tips for using the ponytail extensions:
1. Your hair should be long enough to tie it into a knot or small ponytail to which our ponytail extension can be attached.
2. The ponytail may be slightly tangled after long shipping. You can spray it with a spray bottle filled with conditioner and water and then gently clean it up with your fingers and a comb, it will look as perfect as shown in the picture.
3. Do not wash the extensions as often as natural hair. We recommend washing the ponytail extension every 30 times.
