Our Alpaca Lace is a luxurious, wonderfully soft, delicate yet durable yarn made from pure alpaca wool. In yarn thickness Lace, Alpaca Lace is incredibly lightweight and made for all types of ajour or lace patterns.
Alpaca Lace is made from 100% baby alpaca hair. These extremely soft and delicate fibres come from the first shearing of young animals from the Andean highlands of Peru. The yarn is also spun for us in Peru.
Alpaca Lace is two-ply The fine, lightweight yarn has a slight fluff, but does not shed. In addition to various natural tones, we also offer a beautiful range of colourings.
Alpaca Lace is ideal for lightweight tops with delicate lace pattern and is perfect for accessories such as scarves or scarves. It has excellent heat-regulating properties and is extremely delicate on the skin. It is also well tolerated by sensitive people, and since alpaca contains hardly any lanolin, even by wool allergy sufferers. Alpaca lace is also wonderful for baby clothing.
Notes: It is recommended to always order sufficient yarn for your desired model. This is the only way to ensure that you can knit your project with yarn from a single batch. If in doubt, please make a stitch sample directly after receiving the yarn. So you can estimate whether you have ordered a sufficient quantity and if necessary reorder directly.

Tracking & Notifications
